　　重要的安全說明，非正確操作或維護(hù)電動(dòng)設(shè)備，包括發(fā)電機(jī)組，轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)，開關(guān)設(shè)備和附件可能導(dǎo)致身體傷害，同時(shí)構(gòu)成生命危險(xiǎn)，為了防止意外發(fā)生一定要注意潛在危險(xiǎn)，并安全操作，仔細(xì)閱讀并遵守所有安全預(yù)防措施和說明，保留這些說明。

　　Important safety instructions: Improper operation or maintenance of electric equipment, including generator sets, transfer switches, switchgear, and accessories, may cause bodily injury and pose a danger to life. To prevent accidents, it is important to be aware of potential hazards and operate safely. Carefully read and follow all safety precautions and instructions, and retain these instructions.

　　一、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)前檢測

　　1、 Pre start inspection of biogas generator set

　　①檢查沼氣管路內(nèi)沼氣壓力應(yīng)介于3kPa-8kPa，甲烷含量應(yīng)大于50%（體積），壓力波動(dòng)小于0.5kPa，沼氣成分中硫的含量小于200mg/m3，無明顯的臭雞蛋味；無液態(tài)成分，濕度小于40%；（硫和水份過高，應(yīng)更換脫硫脫水劑）；

　　① Check that the pressure of biogas in the biogas pipeline should be between 3kPa-8kPa, the methane content should be greater than 50% (volume), the pressure fluctuation should be less than 0.5kPa, the sulfur content in the biogas components should be less than 200mg/m3, and there should be no obvious rotten egg odor; No liquid components, humidity less than 40%; (If the sulfur and moisture are too high, the desulfurization and dehydration agent should be replaced);

　　②用肥皂水檢查沼氣管道各接頭處無漏氣現(xiàn)象；③檢查機(jī)組接地線是否接地良好，負(fù)載線是否存在松動(dòng)；

　　② Check for any air leaks at the joints of the biogas pipeline using soapy water; ③ Check whether the grounding wire of the unit is well grounded and whether the load line is loose;

　　④檢查機(jī)油油位是否在標(biāo)示刻度線以內(nèi)，若不夠請(qǐng)加同型號(hào)機(jī)油至標(biāo)示線以內(nèi)位置；

　　④ Check if the oil level is within the marked scale line. If it is not enough, please add the same type of oil to the position within the marked line;

　　⑤檢查冷卻液是否在水箱蓋以下3cm左右，不足請(qǐng)加冷卻液至上述位置；

　　⑤ Check if the coolant is about 3cm below the water tank cover. If it is insufficient, please add coolant to the above position;

　　⑥檢查啟動(dòng)電瓶電壓25-26V，液面應(yīng)高出極板10-15mm（免維護(hù)電池除外）；（如果是12V電池供電，電瓶電壓應(yīng)為13-14V）；

　　⑥ Check the starting battery voltage of 25-26V, and the liquid level should be 10-15mm above the electrode plate (except for maintenance free batteries); If powered by a 12V battery, the battery voltage should be 13-14V;

　　⑦查傳動(dòng)皮帶張力用手在皮帶中部壓下10-15mm為宜；

　　⑦ It is advisable to manually press down 10-15mm in the middle of the belt to check the tension of the transmission belt;

　　⑧檢查發(fā)電機(jī)組負(fù)載開關(guān)位置，開關(guān)應(yīng)處于關(guān)閉的狀態(tài)的“OFF”位置（非常重要！）。

　　⑧ Check the position of the load switch of the generator set, which should be in the "OFF" position (very important!).

　　二、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的啟動(dòng)

　　2、 Startup of biogas generator set

　　①先旋開控制柜盤上急停開關(guān)，打開鑰匙，此時(shí)控制屏儀表或控制器應(yīng)有電源指示。

　　① First, turn on the emergency stop switch on the control cabinet panel and unlock the key. At this point, the control panel instrument or controller should have a power indicator.

　　②選擇手動(dòng)鍵，再按啟動(dòng)鍵，機(jī)組正常啟動(dòng)。

　　② Select the manual button, then press the start button, and the unit will start normally.

　　③沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后，應(yīng)首先檢查有無異常噪音及震動(dòng)，有無漏油、漏水、漏氣現(xiàn)象，控制屏有無異常顯示。在開機(jī)10-15秒內(nèi)，油壓是否達(dá)到正常范圍（200kPa-600kPa），如果有不正常現(xiàn)象，則應(yīng)停機(jī)，并作出相應(yīng)整改處理；

　　③ After starting the biogas generator set, the first thing to check is for any abnormal noise and vibration, oil leakage, water leakage, and abnormal display on the control screen. Whether the oil pressure reaches the normal range (200kPa-600kPa) within 10-15 seconds of starting up. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, the machine should be stopped and corresponding rectification measures should be taken;

　　④若發(fā)電機(jī)組需帶負(fù)載，待發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)空載運(yùn)行5-10分鐘后，再將其負(fù)載開關(guān)合閘；

　　④ If the generator set needs to carry a load, wait for the generator set to start running without load for 5-10 minutes before closing its load switch;

　　⑤帶載后注意觀察運(yùn)行中控制屏顯示各項(xiàng)參數(shù)是否正常，比如：油溫、水溫、機(jī)油壓力、充電指示、電壓、轉(zhuǎn)速、頻率等技術(shù)指標(biāo)，如有報(bào)警，停機(jī)檢查消除故障后再使用。如果有緊急情況需停車，可以直接按下紅色緊急停車按紐，沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)停機(jī)。

　　⑤ After loading, pay attention to observing whether the various parameters displayed on the control screen during operation are normal, such as oil temperature, water temperature, oil pressure, charging indicator, voltage, speed, frequency and other technical indicators. If there is an alarm, stop the machine to check and eliminate the fault before use. If there is an emergency situation that requires parking, you can directly press the red emergency stop button to shut down the biogas generator.

　　三、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的停機(jī)

　　3、 Shutdown of biogas generator set

　　①切斷負(fù)荷，再將主空開斷開。

　　① Cut off the load and then disconnect the main air circuit.

　　②按停機(jī)鍵，機(jī)組經(jīng)高速散熱，怠速后自動(dòng)停機(jī)；

　　② Press the shutdown button, and the unit will automatically shut down after high-speed cooling and idling;

　　③關(guān)閉沼氣閥門，關(guān)斷控制柜內(nèi)電源開關(guān)：備注：啟動(dòng)或停機(jī)更詳細(xì)的操作步驟請(qǐng)參考控制柜使用說明書。

　　③ Close the biogas valve and turn off the power switch inside the control cabinet: Note: For more detailed operation steps on starting or stopping, please refer to the control cabinet user manual.

　　四、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的保養(yǎng)

　　4、 Maintenance of biogas generator set

　　①日常維護(hù)：A、檢查機(jī)油液位、冷卻液液位、如果有必要?jiǎng)t加入適當(dāng)?shù)娜萘浚?/p>

　　① Daily maintenance: A. Check the oil level, coolant level, and add appropriate capacity if necessary;

　　B、清潔機(jī)組，視檢發(fā)電機(jī)組的泄漏和松動(dòng)（螺栓、驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶張緊度等）；

　　B、 Clean the generator set and visually inspect for leaks and looseness (bolts, drive belt tension, etc.);

　　C、檢查散熱器；

　　C、 Check the radiator;

　　D、檢查動(dòng)力電纜、控制電纜和蓄電池電纜的連接情況；

　　D、 Check the connection of power cables, control cables, and battery cables;

　　E、若長期不運(yùn)行機(jī)組，則應(yīng)每周空載運(yùn)行10分鐘，檢查泄露（沼氣管路、冷卻液、機(jī)油等）、振動(dòng)、異響以及儀表等情況。

　　E、 If the unit is not operated for a long time, it should be run without load for 10 minutes every week to check for leaks (biogas pipelines, coolant, oil, etc.), vibration, abnormal noise, and instrument conditions.

　　F、首次運(yùn)行建議在50小時(shí)更換機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、檢查：進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、火花塞等。

　　F、 It is recommended to change the engine oil, oil filter, and inspect the intake system, ignition system, spark plugs, etc. within 50 hours of initial operation.

　　②每二個(gè)月或400小時(shí)：更換：機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、檢查：進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、火花塞等。

　　② Every two months or 400 hours: replace: oil, oil filter, check: intake system, ignition system, spark plug, etc.

　　注意：以上發(fā)電機(jī)組保養(yǎng)按400小時(shí)遞增，以下是分時(shí)間段檢查保養(yǎng)及檢查。

　　Attention: The maintenance of the above generator sets increases by 400 hours, and the following is the inspection and maintenance in different time periods.

　　③每四個(gè)月或800小時(shí)：更換：機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、水濾器、火花塞、空氣濾清器、一級(jí)沼氣濾清器、二級(jí)沼氣濾清器。 檢查：風(fēng)扇輪轂、皮帶輪張緊輪軸承、驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶張緊度等、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、冷卻液。 調(diào)整：氣門間隙。

　　③ Every four months or 800 hours: replace: oil, oil filter, water filter, spark plug, air filter, primary biogas filter, secondary biogas filter. Inspection: Fan hub, pulley tensioner bearing, drive belt tension, intake system, ignition system, coolant. Adjustment: Valve clearance.

　　④每六個(gè)月或1200小時(shí)：更換：機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、水濾器、火花塞、空氣濾清器、一級(jí)沼氣濾清器、二級(jí)沼氣濾清器。 檢查：風(fēng)扇輪、皮帶輪張緊輪軸承、皮帶張緊狀態(tài)、減震器、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、冷卻液。 調(diào)整：氣門間隙。 清洗：水箱散熱片

Inspection: Fan wheel, belt pulley tensioning wheel bearing, belt tensioning status, shock absorber, intake system, ignition system, coolant. Adjustment: Valve clearance. Cleaning: radiator fins

　　⑤每八個(gè)月或1600小時(shí)：更換：機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、水濾器、火花塞、空氣濾清器、一級(jí)沼氣濾清器、二級(jí)沼氣濾清器。 檢查：風(fēng)扇輪轂、皮帶輪張緊輪軸承、皮帶張緊狀態(tài)、減震器、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、防凍液。 調(diào)整：氣門間隙。 清洗：水箱散熱片。

　　⑤ Every eight months or 1600 hours: replace: oil, oil filter, water filter, spark plug, air filter, primary biogas filter, secondary biogas filter. Inspection: Fan hub, pulley tensioning wheel bearing, belt tensioning status, shock absorber, intake system, ignition system, antifreeze. Adjustment: Valve clearance. Cleaning: radiator fins.

　　⑥每十二個(gè)月或5000小時(shí)：更換：機(jī)油、機(jī)油濾清器、水濾器、火花塞、空氣濾清器、一級(jí)沼氣濾清器、二級(jí)沼氣濾清器、橡膠部件、密封件。檢查：風(fēng)扇輪轂、皮帶輪張緊輪軸承、皮帶張緊狀態(tài)、減震器、進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)、點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)、防凍液、啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)、連桿螺栓、主軸承螺栓、主軸承、連桿軸承等； 調(diào)整：氣門間隙（視情況研磨氣門）。 清洗：水箱散熱片。

　　⑥ Every twelve months or 5000 hours: replace: oil, oil filter, water filter, spark plug, air filter, primary biogas filter, secondary biogas filter, rubber components, seals. Inspection: Fan hub, pulley tensioning wheel bearing, belt tensioning status, shock absorber, intake system, ignition system, antifreeze, starter motor, connecting rod bolts, main bearing bolts, main bearings, connecting rod bearings, etc; Adjustment: Valve clearance (grind the valve as needed). Cleaning: radiator fins.

　　⑦潤滑油：API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組專用的機(jī)油；環(huán)境溫度在不低于零下5攝氏度時(shí)，選用15w-40機(jī)油，CF4及以上，環(huán)境溫度低于零下5攝氏度時(shí)，選用10w-30機(jī)油，CF4及以上。小于等于20kW的機(jī)組機(jī)油容量約8升，30kW-40kW的機(jī)組機(jī)油容量約11升，50kW-60kW的機(jī)組機(jī)油容量約19升，80kw-200kw組機(jī)油容量約24升；

　　⑦ Lubricating oil: API standard, priority should be given to using engine oil specifically designed for gas turbines; When the ambient temperature is not lower than minus 5 degrees Celsius, choose 15w-40 engine oil, CF4 or above. When the ambient temperature is lower than minus 5 degrees Celsius, choose 10w-30 engine oil, CF4 or above. The oil capacity of units with a capacity of less than or equal to 20kW is about 8 liters, the oil capacity of units with a capacity of 30kW-40kW is about 11 liters, the oil capacity of units with a capacity of 50kW-60kW is about 19 liters, and the oil capacity of units with a capacity of 80kW-200kW is about 24 liters;

　　⑧防凍液：50%軟化水，50%防凍液。防凍液：乙烯乙二醇或丙烯乙二醇，濃度40%-68%。特別提醒：請(qǐng)?jiān)跈C(jī)組操作前一定認(rèn)真閱讀并理解隨機(jī)組的操作說明書，不正確的操作會(huì)導(dǎo)致財(cái)產(chǎn)損失和人身傷害。

　　⑧ Antifreeze: 50% softened water, 50% antifreeze. Antifreeze: Ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, with a concentration of 40% -68%. Special reminder: Please read and understand the operating instructions of the random group carefully before operating the unit. Incorrect operation may result in property damage and personal injury.
