一、沼氣發(fā)電機組的啟動注意事項

1、 Precautions for starting biogas generator sets

1、先檢查：循環(huán)水，潤滑油，氣路。

1. First check: circulating water, lubricating oil, and air circuit.

2、打開氣路開關，扭開電瓶鑰匙（打開電磁閥開關，確定轉速控制開關處于怠速狀態(tài)）按下啟動開關。

2. Turn on the gas circuit switch, turn on the battery key (turn on the solenoid valve switch, make sure the speed control switch is in idle state), and press the start switch.

3、沼氣發(fā)電機組啟動后，先怠速運轉，等到水溫和油溫升高，大約45度左右。將轉速開關撥至額定轉速。

3. After starting the biogas generator set, idle it first and wait for the water temperature and oil temperature to rise, about 45 degrees. Turn the speed switch to the rated speed.

4、沼氣發(fā)電機組按額定轉速運轉幾分鐘，合上發(fā)電機端高壓電輸出開關。機組正常發(fā)電。

4. The biogas generator set is operated at the rated speed for a few minutes, and the high-voltage output switch at the generator end is closed. The unit generates electricity normally.

后需要注意，沼氣發(fā)電機組維護：300小時，更換一次機油，每月更換空濾機油濾。長期不用要每隔一段時間啟動一次，每次運轉半小時。希望以上的介紹能給用戶帶來幫助。

二、沼氣發(fā)電機組出現(xiàn)不能啟動的現(xiàn)象怎么辦？

1、電瓶電量不足檢查電瓶充電量。

1. Check the battery charging capacity when the battery is low.

2、電瓶線及插頭松動。

2. The battery cable and plug are loose.

3、火花塞點不了火。建議更換火花塞，因為火花塞是易耗品，

時間久了，阻火器那里囤積大量水，燃氣通不了。或者在北方的冬天，里面結冰了。

5、沼氣里甲烷成份不穩(wěn)定，或者甲烷濃度不夠。

6、電壓板、調速板、執(zhí)行器、速度傳感器等回路故障。檢查相應的設備及回路。
